The business has now been established over 30 years but the foundation on what it is built on remains the same, and that is care & passion to help others achieve their potential.
I invest some of my time researching the industry, to deliver only the best brands on the market. I still invest in training and development to keep up with all the latest technology and techniques to help all my clients to meet their goals and finally I always show care and empathy whilst giving a first class service that is second to none.

How do I book an appointment?
All appointments can be made by calling me on 07875 426157. If I don’t answer please leave a message and I’ll get back to you the same day. I work on an appointments-only basis and recommend to re book when leaving the salon.
When should I arrive for my appointment / What if I'm running late?
If you are a new client coming to the salon we recommend you aim to come 10 minutes prior to your treatment as you will be asked to fill out a client record card.
Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment your treatment may need to be cut short and you will still be charged for the full treatment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to avoid disappointment.
Please try and contact me to let us know if you are running late.
What is my cancellation policy?
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice but preferably 48 hours. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Failure to provide this notice may mean that we need to take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what I love.
Why do I need to fill in a consultation card?
I ask all my clients to fill out a confidential consultation card and ask for these to be filled out honestly as some treatments and products may not be suitable for certain medical problems.
